Dan is the founder of Open Spaces Consulting, LLC, based in Bloomington, MN.  Previously, he served for 15 years as campus staff and director for a large college ministry organization.  With professional excellence as an organizational leader, grounded in theory and research, he now works with leaders of nonprofit organizations, churches, and ministry groups as an organization development consultant and coach.
